**Job Purpose**
Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports the company by carrying out common office duties. Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
This is a Part Time role of 16 - 20 hours per week, with flexibility as to how your hours are arranged. This position will be based in our Kilmarnock office.
**Principle Accountabilities**
The position reports to the Divisional Director and will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal customers and external customers/Organisation’s.
As an administrator you will be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:
- Answering the phones, taking messages and passing to the relevant person
- Greeting clients
- Typing
- Filing
- Other ad hoc duties pertinent to the role to support the Refurbishment Department.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
