**Purpose of the role**:
Together with the Senior Responsible Business Executive, to support the Head of Responsible Business, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager and Responsible Business Manager to deliver our diversity, inclusion and equity programmes globally with a particular focus on diversity and inclusion.

To support the Responsible Business team with the delivery of our wider Responsible Business programmes.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Areas of Focus**

To provide support to the Head of Responsible Business with:

- developing a menu of opportunities for actively engaging our clients in inclusion and wellbeing activities
- delivering an diversity, inclusion and equity strategy
- preparation of award submissions for our inclusion programmes
- responding to external requests for information about our commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity
- supporting our inclusion network groups
- embedding our Values and Purpose across the firm
- attendance at events and meetings as required.
- supporting the team with other aspects of Responsible Business (including pro bono and community & investment)

**Information Administration**
- Managing client and internal contact lists
- Managing event and project calendars
- Maintaining intranet pages
- Collating feedback for projects and events and creating data reports
- Maintaining spreadsheets

**Communication Management**
- Managing internal and external queries
- Organising and booking travel for line managers
- Organising and liaising with managers on meetings and room bookings
- Working directly with the internal communications and business development teams to ensure that projects and events are communicated appropriately.

**Financial**

Manage monthly budgets and payments liaising with managers and Finance as required.

**Events / Projects Administration**
- Representing the Head of Responsible Business, Responsible Business Manager or Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager at internal and external meetings, conferences and events as required (including travel as required).
- Managing and responding to project requests
- Administration and support to Inclusion Networks and Inclusion Sponsors/Agents.
- Supporting the delivery of diversity, inclusion and equity events and projects (and wider Responsible Business events as required).
- Liaising with partners and managers on the co-ordination of events - for example creating guest lists, room bookings, speakers, and hospitality.

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Previous experience of a professional environment would be beneficial.
- Previous experience of working on diversity, inclusion and equity initiatives

**Key Skills and Behaviours**:

- IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and Power-point.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work with people at all levels across the firm, and to develop a network of external contacts.
- Good time management and organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
- Project management skills.
- Flexible and able to use own initiative.
- A motivated self-starter who is a good team player, determined to meet a challenge.
- Confident and outgoing.
- Ability to change and adapt in a fast moving environment.
- Exhibits approach and behaviours consistent with the firm's core values.
