Fleet Sales Support Administrator

Duties include:
Updating CMS & databases
General Office Duties: Scanning, Faxing, shredding, etc.
Updating website via the in-house content management system.
Processing all incoming and outgoing post
Issuing, tracking & processing financial agreements
Ordering vehicles and tracking their progress
Arranging deliveries and collections of vehicles across mainland UK
Processing and tracking sales orders; dealing with customer queries efficiently
Working closely with sales staff and director to assist where appropriate
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
