We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Sales & Marketing Team, looking for flexibility and the opportunity to develop a long-term career in the fast-moving marketplace of Electric Vehicle Charging.

**Job description**

**Overview**:

- Providing admin support to the sales, installation and management teams
- Data entry into business systems
- Liaising with the installation team to ensure efficient management of customer installations
- Helping to manage the customer referral/affiliate scheme (refer-a-friend)
- Helping to manage a range of digital marketing activity including social media channels, marketplace listings and website CMS

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Liaising with colleagues in other departments to ensure overall success
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Make a significant contribution to the evolving strategy of the company
- Maintaining company data & records
- Answering incoming calls promptly and routing to the appropriate department

**Qualification and Skills**:

- _Highly motivated self-starter & team player_
- _Although not a requirement, accounts experience would be an advantage_
- _IT literate_
- _Strong problem solving and communication skills_

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- _£22k starting salary based on a 40hr week_
- _Company Pension & Life Cover (after probationary period ends)_
- _22 days annual leave + statutory bank holidays (30 days in total)_
- _Entitlement to participate in the Employee Profit Share Scheme (after probationary period ends)_
- _Employee Profit Share Scheme (after probationary period ends)_

**Terms**:

- _Three-month probationary period_
- _Salary is paid monthly in arrears, on the last working day of the month_
- _One months’ notice following successful completion of probationary period_
