**Content Writer**

**South Manchester - flexible working**

**£35k-£40k Plus Bonus & Benefits**

Our client is a market leading business in the IT sector and due to continued growth they have a requirement for an experienced Content Writer to join the team. Working within the wider marketing team, the Content Writer will be primarily responsible forcreating high quality content for the business. The Content Writer will have a critical role in delivering quality writing pieces that appeal to target audiences, attract new customers and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities -- Working with key stakeholders and our brand agency to mature and evolve the Tone of Voice.
- Responsible for promoting the company’s Tone of Voice across the business.
- Conducting thorough research on IT-related topics, persona challenges and business ambitions, generating ideas for new content types.
- Responsible for creating high-quality persona and industry led content for the website.
- Working with marketing to create SEO rich marketing copy.
- Develop regular, highly engaging blog posts and insights that help to drive lead conversions.
- Work alongside the marketing team to increase the traffic flow to the website and create rich content to keep visitors engaged.
- Publish content on social media that promotes the brand and increases followers.
- Organise and schedule regular social media posts that have high engagement.
- Responsible for developing Customer Success Stories for the commercial team to use during the sales process.
- Write clear marketing copy (brochures) of our products and services to be used by the commercial team.

Requirements
- Solid awareness and knowledge of the ERP solutions and IT Managed Services in the mid-market
- Experience of creating persona-led content, understanding the key challenges to that persona
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- A confident and impactful communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain technical ideas to non-technical audiences, and business concepts and goals to technical audiences
