This role is based with the Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) a membership organisation for the NHS in the North West aiming to support commissioners and providers of health to deliver high quality, cost effective services. Aqua is hosted by The Northern Care Alliance.

As our administrative support officer, you will be responsible for supporting our team in the high-quality delivery of our courses, events and meetings. The role involves key administrative and clerical skills, event management, co-ordination and support

Organise and plan meetings and events (virtual, blended, and face-to-face) coordinating diary planning and communications for all involved,

To be responsible for all arrangements in planning, delivery and review stages to support the smooth running of events and meetings working closely alongside our Improvement Advisors.

Work closely with colleagues to ensure information is available for reporting purposes.

‘On the day’ co-ordination and support for virtual, face to face workshops, meetings and events including customer liaison and technical support where needed.

You will be self-directed, tenacious, and able to work as a key member of the team with a flexible approach.

There is a requirement to Implement and organise complex timetabling, liaising with colleagues and other outside agencies. You will have an eye for detail and have excellent written communication skills. You will be able to use your initiative to anticipate issues and to solve problems as they arise.

Please note that this vacancy is for Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua) and will be office based at Crossgate House in Sale. There may be a requirement for some home working and occasional travel off site to venues
