We are seeking a care coordinator to join our small friendly domiciliary care team in the BIDEFORD area, who have a commitment and aptitude to caring for vulnerable individuals in there own homes.

Our aim is to provide high quality, individualised, client centred care to service users in their own homes. Full training can be given if you have no experience of working within the community care setting. You would be required to work alternate weekends.

**What you’ll do**

The role of the Care Coordinator is to support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle. You will be required to work care shifts. You will also take part in the on call rota which is one in three weeks.
