We are seeking a motivated and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team at The Quay Dental practice in Bideford.

This full-time role involves working 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday from 08:45 to 17:15, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our patients.

About the Role

We are committed to delivering high-quality dentistry in a relaxed and pleasant environment, located in the heart of Bideford overlooking the Quay and River Torridge.

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with patients and colleagues, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
  • A minimum of previous front-of-house Reception experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, building strong relationships and providing exceptional standards of care.
