About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Coordinator to join our community care team in Bideford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personalized care services to clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a valid driving license, and previous care experience. They will also participate in a monthly on-call rotation and contribute to mileage expenses.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £29,000 - £35,500, depending on experience.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver high-quality care services to clients in Bideford and surrounding areas.
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless administrative tasks.
  • Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.

Mileage contributions are provided for this role.

Working Schedule

The team covers various shift patterns, including:

  • 7am-2pm or 8am-2pm.
  • 3pm-9:30pm.
  • Alternate weekends.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Valid driving license.
  • Access to personal phone and transportation.
  • Previous care experience.
  • Possession of Level 2 or 3 Diploma/NVQ in care is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
