About the Position
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Associate to join our dedicated team at Proud to Care Devon. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Your main responsibility will be to support the delivery of person-centred care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with other members of the team to create a supportive and respectful environment that promotes residents' independence and well-being.
Contract TermsEstimated salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
Working pattern: 28 hours per week, Day shift, Alternate weekend availability
