Job Title: Compassionate Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Support Worker to join our team in Southfields, SW19. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care for Thomas, a 5-year-old child with complex medical needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £22.80 per hour on weekends and £20.80 per hour on weekdays.

About the Role:

The Support Worker will be responsible for providing personalized support in all aspects of Thomas's care, including suctioning, PEG feeding, and managing his epilepsy. They will work closely with multiple medical professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting a young person with epilepsy and suctioning
  • Bespoke training provided, but the ideal candidate must have relevant experience

Overview of Responsibilities:

The Support Worker will provide 12-hour shifts at 7.00 am/pm, working days and waking nights. They will offer up to 3 shifts per week and are expected to provide their availability to the team leader in advance.
