Job Description

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work permanently part-time (15 hours per week), with a 2 nights in 10 rota pattern covering waking nights over weekdays and weekends.

This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £22, increasing to £12.67 per hour following a successful probationary period. As a Care Support Worker, you will deliver exceptional support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence, choice, and dignity.

Key responsibilities include supporting individuals in accessing mainstream and specialist services, developing new skills through person-centered planning, and assisting with physical care and assistance.
