Mental Health Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and qualified social worker to join our team at Proud to Care Devon. As a mental health specialist, you will be part of a transformation programme delivering social care within Devon Partnership Trust, with more assigned social workers than ever before.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a social care pathway in line with the Care Act 2014
- Offering a personalised and person-centred approach
- Involving service users and carers in service delivery
Requirements: A comprehensive knowledge of social care delivery issues and a commitment to ongoing professional development. The role requires travelling significant distances, and a current full driving licence is necessary. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- 26 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays, and flexible working opportunities
- Relocation support of up to £10,000 may be available, subject to qualifying conditions, and visa sponsorship may be offered as part of the relocation package
