Job Overview

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to provide exceptional care services to clients in their own homes. This role requires delivering high-quality personal and domestic support, working closely with the management team to ensure seamless administrative tasks.

This position involves participating in a monthly on-call rotation and contributing to mileage expenses. The successful candidate will have a valid driving license, access to a personal phone and transportation, and previous care experience.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £34,500, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care services to clients in Bideford and surrounding areas.
  • Assist the management team with administrative tasks.
  • Participate in a monthly on-call rotation.

Mileage contributions are provided for this role.

Working Hours

The team covers various shift patterns, including:

  • 7am-2pm or 8am-2pm.
  • 3pm-9:30pm.
  • Alternate weekends.
Essential Qualifications
  • Valid driving license.
  • Access to personal phone and transportation.
  • Previous care experience.
  • Possession of Level 2 or 3 Diploma/NVQ in care is preferred but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
