About the Role

As a Community Care Worker with CC / South West / North Devon - Somerset, you will be working as a key member of our team, providing high-quality care and support to adults in their own homes.

What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK

  • A valid driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
