About the RoleWe are looking for dedicated and skilled professionals to join our team, working in locations throughout CC / South West / North Devon - Somerset. As a Community Care Worker, you will deliver person-centred care, including personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, specialist clinical care, and palliative and end-of-life care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Provide friendly faces and comforting presences through companionship.
- Deliver 24/7 support for those who need it most via live-in care.
- Promote independence by empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives.
- Ensure safe and timely administration of medication.
- Handle complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence.
- Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments.
We seek individuals who have:
- A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
- The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided).
