Part-time Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-time Health Care Assistant to join our team at Proud to Care Devon. Our dedicated and friendly staff provide high-quality care for our residents in a small country house setting.

Our home has been rated outstanding in care by the CQC, and we pride ourselves on taking care of our staff to ensure they feel valued and supported.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for meeting the personal care needs of residents with dignity and respect, promoting independence and safety.

Working Patterns:
  • 28 hours per week
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability (Alternate weekends)
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a care home environment
  • Driving License preferred
  • Care Certificate preferred
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent preferred

The estimated salary for this position is £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
