About the Job
\Radic community Care provides a range of services to support vulnerable adults and children in England and Wales. We are currently seeking a Support Worker to join our team in an Extra Care Scheme, where you will be working with elderly individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks.
\As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect. This will involve assisting with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and hygiene, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.
\The ideal candidate will be able to build rapport with residents, engage in conversation, and provide personalized care and support. You should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and communicate regularly with colleagues and management.
\What We Offer
\In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £19,000 - £21,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including mileage allowance, free uniform, and access to training and development opportunities.
