Devon Support Professional

Proud to Care Devon is seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities, promoting their independence and choice while respecting their preferences and dignity.
The successful candidate will be required to work waking nights on a 10-night rota basis, covering weekdays and weekends. This position offers a competitive salary of £22 per hour, rising to £12.67 per hour after a successful probation period.
As a Care Support Worker, you will provide excellent support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal outcomes and develop new skills through person-centered planning. You will also assist people in accessing mainstream and specialist services that promote their health and wellbeing.
