Community Support Professional

About the Role:

This part-time position involves providing personal care and assisting individuals with daily tasks in the Bideford area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services to clients
  • Assist with domestic duties, promoting independence and dignity
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team and work independently when needed
Requirements:
  • A minimum age requirement of 18 years old due to the nature of the role
  • Prior care experience is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided
  • A commitment to helping others and working collaboratively is essential
  • The ability to work flexibly, including every other weekend
  • A valid UK driving license is required
Compensation and Benefits:
  • A competitive salary: £12,000 - £14,000 per annum
  • Mileage contributions available
  • Full training and induction provided
  • Cover the full cost of DBS check required for the post
  • Holiday entitlement and flexible working hours
  • Diploma in adult care level 2 and Care certificate included in the role
  • Employment pension scheme available
Working Patterns:

Monday to Sunday: 7am-2pm and 4pm-9pm. This is a flexible position suitable for those who require part-time hours or wish to supplement their income.
