Support Worker

This role as a Support Worker requires a caring and supportive individual to promote independence, choice, and personal outcomes for our service users. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing physical care, assistance, or prompting in accordance with individual care plans while upholding dignity and respecting preferences.
The salary for this position is £22 per hour, rising to £12.67 per hour after a successful probation period. We offer a comprehensive e-learning training program, double pay for bank holidays, and enhanced overtime rates.
This is a permanent part-time position involving 15 hours per week, with a rotational shift pattern covering waking nights over weekdays and weekends. As a member of our team, you will have access to a company pension scheme, birthday leave, and annual leave for length of service.
