About Us
We are a leading provider of children's services, working closely with local authorities to support vulnerable children and families. We are currently seeking an experienced social worker to join our fostering and adoption team in the Channel Islands.
The Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children in foster care and adoptive families. You will be part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively to ensure the best possible outcomes for these young people.
What We Offer
- A competitive rate of £46.50 per hour
- A stable 6-month contract
- Outside IR35, meaning increased take-home pay compared to the mainland
- An existing permanent management team that is supportive and experienced
Your Skills and Experience
We are looking for an experienced social worker who has a passion for supporting vulnerable children and families. You will require a social work qualification and registration with Social Work England. This is a statutory role, and we are looking for someone who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of these young people.
