Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Qualified Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team in the UK Social Care industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to disabled children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Providing regular home visits and assessments to identify the needs of disabled children.
  2. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement support plans.
  3. Conducting complex safeguarding risk assessments to ensure the well-being of children.
Requirements
  • Post-qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker in the UK Social Care industry.
  • SWE Registration and Enhanced DBS/CRB clearance.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
