We are looking for a talented marketeer to join the Undergraduate Marketing (Campaigns and CRM) team in the central Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions team. You will be responsible for cross-platform marketing campaigns aimed at attracting the very best students from across the globe to our suite of over 130 undergraduate courses.

Driving a co-ordinated approach to the annual undergraduate campaign is key to this role, so you will help to prepare and manage campaign briefs for the marketing delivery teams within the Content Marketing and Digital Marketing (Web and SEO) teams with clear targeting, messaging and performance guidelines.

This is a data-first role, so you will use data to manage, evaluate and improve our campaigns, nurturing and segmentation by regularly identifying, measuring, evaluating and reporting key campaign metrics.

You will also support the development of lead scoring, to increase insight.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Work with the Marketing Manager (Campaigns and CRM) to manage annual undergraduate marketing campaign planning, collaborating with key contacts (Marketing colleagues, Student Recruitment and the Faculty Marketing and Recruitment teams) to inform those plans.
- Prepare and manage advertising campaign briefs for our media agency and the Content and Digital Marketing teams to ensure the undergraduate campaign is co-ordinated across all channels.
- Work with the Content Marketing team to assist with the creation and editing of content where required, aligning with strategic priorities around targeting and diversification, and brand proposition and messaging requirements.
- Collect and analyse data to inform new campaigns and evaluate existing activity, working closely with marketing delivery colleagues and our Market Insight and Data team.
- Line manage a Marketing Assistant.
- Control/track department budgets to ensure we achieve ROI on all campaign activity.

**Essential requirements**:
You will have:

- Significant experience in planning, implementing and analysing performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform future marketing activity.
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent written communication skills, able to adapt tone and content to a variety of different audiences and platforms.
- Strong proofreading and copyediting skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage concurrent deadlines and competing priorities, and complete projects on time and to budget.
- Experience working within a set of brand messages and identity guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Budget management skills.

**Further information**:
This is a full time, open-ended position based at South Kensington Campus.
- Imperial is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and you may be expected to work 60% or more of your time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview._
