Our client has a vacancy for a HR Administrator. The role is hybrid working with 2 days office based and 3 days working remotely. It is 35 hours per week, with flexibility when the hours can be worked. The role is offered as Maternity Cover.

**The job**

**Recruitment & Selection**

Carry out all administration processes in the recruitment process for e.g. organising interviews and preparing assessments

Preparing all contracts and offer letters and collection of documentation

**Onboarding & Induction**

Ensure that the HR function undertakes all necessary employment checks including right to work and process all pre-employment checks

Liaise with Line Managers to ensure they understand their responsibility in the induction process

**Performance & Employee Development**

Assist the Head of Talent and Development with the performance review cycle and record completed reviews and learning needs

Assist with the resetting of passwords and queries on the L&D system

**Leaver Administration**

Ensure the leaver process is adhered too by ensuring resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner and any outstanding leave is calculated correctly

Ensure exit interviews are arranged with the leaver and HR Business Partner

**The Person**
- Previous experience in an HR administration role is essential
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle a busy workload
- Proactive at all times and able to work on own initiative without supervision
- Understanding of various HR software systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office such as outlook, word, excel etc
- Understanding of HR legislation is desirable
- Professional and confident with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and to communicate well
- Diplomatic and discrete with the ability to handle highly sensitive information
