HR Systems Administrator

Connells Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support the HR Systems Analyst. You will help develop and continually improve the HR and Payroll systems for the Group.
**Job Purpose**
To support the development the existing Group wide HR systems. To ensure there is a focus on streamlining processes through available functionality in the HR Systems. To provide excellence in HR process and HR data capture for stakeholders
**HR Systems Administration**
- Support the HR Systems Analyst in the continuous development of the HR System including user acceptance testing and data cleansing
- Responsibility of new user records and security profile
- Assist with systems administrative tasks and procedures in line housekeeping routines
- To develop and update user documentation
- To assist with developing and testing new system functionalities
- To troubleshoot and triage providing a high level of customer service and quality as a first line of support for the HR system
**HR Process and Change**
- Explore opportunities to streamline current processes and develop new ways of working, with improved self-service and online support
- Champion change and consider the impact of change on all processes, systems, and people to ensure appropriate steps are taken for successful implementation
- To work to tight deadlines and use initiative to prioritise work and to decide in which order to carry out tasks
**Experience required to be a HR Systems Administrator**
- Strong IT skills, including working with a HR system and excellent MS office skills
- Accurate and confident in the use of data
- Able to communicate confidentially and appropriately with people at all levels including face to face
- Personal organisation skills necessary to manage a range of conflicting demands and meet deadlines
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges, including new ways of working
