**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting ex-employers to request pre-employment references and making sure they are provided in a timely fashion
- Verifying pre-employment references once provided and ensuring HR Systems are updated
- Identifying the different referencing requirements for each job role and ensure these are met
- Submitting and reviewing Credit and DBS checks
- Maintaining records throughout the referencing process
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner and providing an excellent customer service
- Respond and adapting to the requirements of working in a fast paced environment
- Carrying out any other duties as required

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application_s._

- Previous experience working within a vetting and reference administration role.
- Previous experience working with Credit and DBS checks.
- Knowledge of HR Practises and Policies
