**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a high performing recruiter who works with passion and drive to recruit the right person for the right role in the right location.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the HR team, recruiting the best possible talent to support our services, ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- To take the lead in mapping out and pro-actively managing Active Pathways newly commissioned sites end to end recruitment cycle from attraction to induction planning.
- Implement effective, efficient, and timely recruiting processes and procedures that underpin the recruitment and business strategies.
- Ensure the standard of adverts and our employer image on recruitment pages and job boards are up to date, attractive to employees and the employer brand is promoted positively.
