In this role you will have to opportunity to work alongside our Legal team to analyse contracts and research and provide legal advice on behalf Enterprise Mobility.

This placement is based at our European Corporate Office in Egham, Surrey and will reporting to one of our senior lawyers.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities include:

- Assist with contract review including word processing and proofreading contracts, amendments, extensions and other legal documents
- Reviewing and editing various non-standard agreements, such as NDAs
- Assist with the preparation of tender and proposal submissions including drafting responses, coordinating with internal departments and information gathering
- Conducting legal research
- Updating template contracts and guidance notes
- Note and minute taking at meetings
- Assisting with the contract repository
- Maintaining accurate, complete and up to date files
- Maintain and update various reports and trackers such as contract database, work priority list
- Other department and administrative tasks as assigned

**Qualifications**:
This position is open to undergraduates who are currently studying Law at Undergraduate level.
- Fast learner and willingness to learn on the job with a pro-active “can-do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills - MS Office (in particular Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Analytical with a high attention to detail and level of accuracy.
- Highly organised and thorough with the ability to cope with different demands and coordinate priorities and multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Ability to work with confidential materials discretely and responsibly.
- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
