Customer Service Ambassador

We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride. You'll be the face of our store, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.02 per hour, rising to £13.15 for stores within the M25, as well as additional payments depending on location and skills. We also offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
As a Customer Service Ambassador, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently;
- Becoming knowledgeable about our products and services, offering expert advice and recommendations to customers;
- Working across the store in our service, picking and replenishment areas, where required;
- Putting into practice the training you receive, ensuring a safe and effective working environment for all;
- Making decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time;
- Taking part in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all;
- Being knowledgeable about your store's performance, understanding your part and what we need to do together to drive service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit;
- Handling products with care, maintaining quality, and ensuring they reach customers in the best condition;
