**Job Outline**:
To provide a high quality, confidential and comprehensive analytical support and organisational assistance within the EMEA Human Resources Team. Given the sensitivity of data available, confidentiality is a pre-requisite due to the scope of the role requiring the ability to analyse data and information; making recommendations based on findings; conducting research and participating in special projects. Opportunity is available to become involved in other HR analytical related activities within and outside of EMEA to support the development of reports and enhance productivity is also valid.

**What the role involves**:

- of monthly HR reports: HR Dashboards for all EMEA regions, Time & Attendance, HR Reports for various business area like Sales and Marketng, Starters and Leavers weekly reports
- UpToDate: the Car database and the Holiday databased
- the monthly salary report: collecting the data from payroll, manipulating the data, analysing the data.
- the monthly and quarterly bonus payments processes.
- collate Talent and Succession information and create the relevant analysis to support the Management decisions.
- the annual compensation review process
- HR data audits: regularly review and audit HR data to ensure accuracy.
- benchmarking and competitive analysis
- analysis support for ongoing monitoring of all key HR and Reward metrics.
- with the business and the HR team on any ad-hoc HR data requirements or analysis

**Do you have?**
- verbal and written communication skills
- analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel is a must (advance excel: the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, pivots table, logical functions, math functions)
- ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- to multitask and remain proactive outlook.
