We are an independent estate agency based in North Leeds.

We’re committed to providing world class customer service. To do this at every level we need a superb office team, led by an Office Executive. We’d love to find someone who’s naturally organised, with great attention to detail and high standards, particularlywhen it comes to the systems, procedures and first impressions of both our team and our office.

**What you’ll be doing**:
The Office Executive is responsible for the fundamentals of the office; the basics that are vital to get right. Their main purpose is to support the team, by helping them with their admin and calls, whilst ensuring standards and procedures are being metand exceeded.

Practical office management falls to this person too, so, ordering stationary, making sure the office always has paper, envelopes and ink, and making sure that the office equipment is working correctly and taking responsibility for the first impressionson entering the office. These tasks all rest with the Office Executive.

An Office Executive helps ensure that the office and the team are consistently operating at a world class level and makes sure that the workloads are effectively managed. They help manage the team meetings and is ultimately responsible for maintaining thecompany culture and values alongside the team.

World-class training is provided and no experience in the industry is required.

- Bizarrely good organisational skills
- A track record of running a busy office, with multiple people and tasks
- The ability to act as cool as a cucumber in a crisis
- Passion and enthusiasm about team wins and happiness
- A love for a complete to-do list
- A can-do, get-it-done, mentality
