As a Fleet Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks within the fleet maintenance department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You’ll be highly organised, provide exceptional administrative support to our fleet and guarantee team to assist them in their objectives.

Pendragon Vehicle Management is the Fleet Management and Leasing business within Pendragon PLC, itself the largest independent operator of franchised motor dealerships in Europe.

**Your Journey as a Fleet Service Administrator**:

- Focussing on delivering industry leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all time
- Processing manual orders with accuracy, ensuring all paperwork and documentation is correct.
- Accurately inputting details into our internal systems for both Fleet and Premium Warranty Vehicles
- Communicating with external customers and garage networks ensuring high levels of professionalism and a strong telephone manner is held at all times.
