**Role & Responsibilities**
The Airworthiness Planning Administrator is a key position within RVL Aviation Limited, serving the primary purpose of ensuring efficient planning & forecasting for the RVL fleet in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This position will suit a proactive and target driven individual with high levels of attention to detail.
- Forecast & plan all maintenance activities.
- Production, Issue and Management of line and base maintenance work packs & task cards in accordance with the approved maintenance program.
- Track status of deferred defects to ensure the fleet remain in compliance with continuing airworthiness requirements.
- Monitor & forecast hard time component replacements on the commuter tracking systems.
- Monitoring the fleet’s subscriptions to ensure maintenance data is kept up to date.
- Check and monitor expiry dates of certificates.
- Ensuring accurate and effective communication is maintained between CAMO, Owner/Operator, and Maintenance Organisations.
- Work pack preparation: the printing & delivery of the maintenance work packages to a prescribed standard.
- Produce work orders for all Maintenance Organisations as required, ensuring efficient planning & communication between all stakeholders.
- Compile reports: flying profiles, utilisation & reliability as required to assist with long & short-term planning.
- Performance of other ad-hoc reasonable duties as detailed by the Department.

**Qualifications & Role Requirements**
- Educated to A Level.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form.

**Desirable**
- Ability to interpret OEM and airline technical documentation.
- Previous experience processing technical data within Pt145 or CAMO environment.
- Experience of Beechcraft/Textron, Reims & P&WC products.
- Previous experience of OASES & CAMP software.

**Salary**: £22,750.00-£26,750.00 per year
