**Responsibilities**:

- Onboard and dispose of owned and rental assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate vehicle and trailer records, ensuring a minimum of 24 months of history per asset.
- Coordinate with third-party repair and rental agents to schedule maintenance events and attain asset records.
- Collaborate with Transport Operations to ensure timely asset release and availability to the Vehicle Maintenance Unit (VMU) team.
- Assist in raising and processing purchase orders (POs) in conjunction with the Manager & Controller.
- Circulate maintenance plans to Transport Operations and provide updates to customers as necessary.
- Generate customer invoices for completed works in collaboration with the Manager & Controller.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in fleet maintenance coordination or related field.
