Two exciting opportunities have recently become unexpectedly available once more; applicants are once again invited to become part of a friendly team delivering Prosthetic and Orthotic Services to patients of all ages. You will be working with patients with limb loss and with long term complex conditions.

The post holder will undertake reception duties and will also undertake the ordering and processing of Orthotic and Prosthetic goods, helping to ensure that the right goods get to the right patient in a timely way. The successful applicant is expected to be able to assist patients with communication differences when answering queries on the phone or face to face and will need to be empathetic and non-judgemental.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in working in a patient facing role preferably in the NHS, who is willing and able to learn about the speciality and work with new IT systems. You will need to manage office administrative systems efficiently and have the ability to problem solve and multi-task. However, there is always someone available to offer support and practical assistance.

**This post is for 3 days a week - Working pattern**: Monday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

**Base Location**: Bournemouth
