Operations Assistant

**Duties**:

- Provide clerical and general support to the operations and telesales team
- Routine call quality checks.
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Act as a personal assistant to the operations team and directors
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software for various tasks
- Provide excellent customer and technical support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with financial tasks
- general tech support within the office

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficient in technical support
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office software, including Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles is preferred
