Commercial Operations Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Commercial Operations professional to join our client's finance team. In this role, you will provide support to the Finance Manager and Director in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and preparing detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning: Assist in budget preparation and updates.
  • Accounts Processing: Ensure accuracy and proper coding of financial transactions.
  • Debt Recovery: Resolve queries related to outstanding invoices.
  • Regular Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations of supplier statements, purchase and sales ledgers, and balance sheets.
  • Weekly Bank Reconciliation: Perform and review weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Payroll Support: Support payroll processing by posting relevant journals.
  • Fixed Assets Maintenance: Maintain and update the fixed assets register.
  • Timely Invoice Processing: Process sales invoices on a timely basis.
  • Year-End Support: Assist with year-end accounts preparation and liaise with the Finance Manager.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is £29,500 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience). The position offers full-time employment from Monday to Friday.
