**Role Outline**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Full administration for every aspect of the employee lifecycle in an extremely fast paced growing business. Such administrative tasks include drafting and sending out contracts and new starter documents for newly recruited employees; checking right to work documents; recording all information in employee files and the HR system; and keeping HR trackers up to date.
- Co-ordinating the onboarding of all new starters, liaising with IT team and line managers.
- Processing employee change requests, and writing and issuing letters.
- Producing probation outcome letters, documents and updating employee files and HR system data.
- Processing and recording reference requests.
- Collating DSE questionnaires, booking workstation assessment appointments and ordering any relevant equipment.
- Inputting accurate new starter, changes and leavers information to HR systems.
- Keeping employee records organised and up to date - including probation, appraisals, training certificates, annual leave and absence records.
- Processing employee rewards schemes, Health Partner Hero's awards, Long Service rewards and other employee engagement initiatives.
- Managing the HR inbox and answering HR telephone queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Host HR Welcome Inductions for new starters.
- Completing annual checks as required for all employees.
- Ensuring the HR Manual in kept up to date with any changes to processes.

This is a homebased role with the requirement that you will be office based 1-2 days a week at our Head Office in Uckfield, East Sussex.

We would also be looking for you to have an interest in working towards CIPD - Level 3.

**Salary**:
The salary for this role is £24k per annum.
