People Hub Administrator

**Barnardo's has an exciting opportunity for an individual who is inspired by our work and our values, to become part of a People Team that supports managers, staff and volunteers to deliver services to realise that vision.**
As the People Hub Administrator, you will support the provision of a professional, timely and effective People Management function that supports the delivery of services to families and children and promotes compliance with relevant legislation and all Barnardo's policies and procedures.
**Working Pattern**: Monday to Friday
**Location**: This post enjoys the flexibility of home working/the option to work from one of our designated collaboration hubs, with the occasional requirement to attend our office in Crawley (RH10 9LU) for face-to-face meetings.
**Therefore, living within a commutable distance to Crawley is an essential requirement for this role.**
The successful post holder will be responsible for ensuring a proactive and high-quality administrative support to the People team and their customers, provided in an effective and efficient manner.
**This role is directly aligned to the vision of our future integrated Business Services operating model. This will continue to evolve over the coming years. The role has a key responsibility in shaping our ways of working for long-term strategic impact.**
This role is crucial in bringing to life the six guiding principles of integrated Business Services; People Focused, Data Led, Customer Focused, Continuous Improvement, One Stop Shop and Flexible Solutions.
- Relevant experience of providing administrative support in a HR environment where confidentiality and sensitivity is required.
- Demonstrable evidence of using computerised HR systems (Barnardo's uses D365), Microsoft Office and electronic filing and retrieval.
- Demonstrable experience of assisting in the production of reports and the analysis of their content in order to monitor compliance of standards.
- Ensure that all letters, memos, correspondence etc are well presented and accurate, modifying templates as appropriate. Compile correspondence, complete internal and external questionnaires etc. with mínimal guidance. Take notes and minutes of meetings as required.
- Prepare and provide statistical information for colleagues and management including reading, organising and manipulating data and presenting it in varying formats as required.
