**Capability Advisor**:

**Contract Term: 12 Months**

**Contracting Authority: Sellafield**

**Location: Chapel Bank (Workington) and Albion Square - Cumbria/Hybrid**

**As a **Capability Advisor**your main responsibilities would be**:

- Support the recruitment, onboarding & retention of ICT and Technical Graduate and Apprentices schemes, including assessment centres, shortlisting and introductory meetings.
- Support the recruitment and placement allocation of summer and industrial students
- Manage mobility across ICT and Technical
- Develop an onboarding strategy for a new ICT Apprenticeship programme
- Create and maintain Job Profiles for both ICT and Technical
- Oversee the implementation of a Job Catalogue for the Technical Profession
- Act as a Capability Advisor to the business, providing advice and guidance where required and escalating to Capability Lead where required.
- Provide Performance analysis for the Performance Report
- Research, advise and alert the business to trends in industry best practice for ICT and Technical
- Aid the development and implementation of career pathways

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Qualified in ITIL (foundation level)
- Self-Starter
- Experience working within a HR, training or resource, organisational change management or resource management discipline
- Experience working in a customer facing environment where effective stakeholder engagement, influencing skills, professional integrity and data confidentiality are key
- Member of an appropriate recognised professional institute (e.g., CIPD)
