Capability Advisor

As a **Capability Advisor **your main responsibilities would be:
Support the recruitment, onboarding & retention of ICT and Technical Graduate and Apprentices schemes, including assessment centres, shortlisting and introductory meetings.

Support the recruitment and placement allocation of summer and industrial students

Manage mobility across ICT and Technical

Develop an onboarding strategy for a new ICT Apprenticeship programme (for next year, going through tender) - come up with the proposal, working stakeholders etc

Create and maintain Job Profiles for both ICT and Technical

Oversee the implementation of a Job Catalogue for the Technical Profession

Act as a Capability Advisor to the business, providing advice and guidance where required and escalating to Capability Lead where required.

Provide Performance analysis for the Performance Report

Research, advise and alert the business to trends in industry best practice for ICT and Technical
Aid the development and implementation of career pathways.

- **Worked in a people facing environment (L&D, HR or Training environment)**

- **Minimum Entry Level Grade C in English and Maths or equivalent**

Learning & Development / HR / Training - Equivalent or CIPS (If NVQ need level 3 plus)**
