A thriving business based in Essex are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team in Clacton within a professional environment.

This is a varied and exciting role who will be a vital part within their team of 15 and working alongside their head office of 65.

- Permanent full-time position 35 hours per week.
- £23,000- £27,000 dependant on experience

Duties include:

- Provide excellent customer service via inbound calls to internal and external clients.
- Coordinate communications between both branches.
- Be the go-to person between offices. Clacton and Colchester.
- Insure Clacton office is welcoming and maintained to a high standard.
- Meet and greet external visitors.
- Support HR team with facilities duties, including assisting with office moves.
- Stock management of office supplies
- Source and compare costs of external suppliers.
- Be the main point of contact for external suppliers and contractors.
- Ensure H&S of the whole office space.
- Work alongside HR with office budgets
- Regular office maintenance
