We are currently recruiting at MacKenzie Kerr Limited for the following position
**ADMINISTRATIVE/RECEPTION ASSISTANT**
We are seeking an administrative assistant/receptionist to join our company and be based in our Grantown on Spey office for 3 hours per day.
The role will include:
**Administration duties**
- Maintaining the client database
- Scanning documents
**Reception duties**
- Managing reception area and looking after any visitors
- Answering phone calls, logging and transferring them as necessary
- Recording of client documents arriving at or leaving the office
You must have a pleasant manner with excellent organisation, communication and computer skills.
Experience in Microsoft Word is desirable.
