A large wholesaler looking for a HR Business Analyst to join the team.

**Client Details**

A large well known Wholesaler based in West London. This role offers hybrid working and will be joining a small HR Rewards team of 3 people.

**Description**

The successful HR Business Analyst will be responsible for:
**Headcount/FTE Planning**: To support the payroll & benefits and headcount planning process for the 3 UK-based affiliates. Identify and recommend improvements to the budgeting processes, policies and tools. You will also support the financeteams in strategic processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, providing accurate data and analysing and scenario-modelling all aspects of compensation and benefits.

**Financial Transactions**: Monitor payroll & benefits re-invoicing process involving the UK based affiliates.

**Headcount-Related Reporting**: Supporting with regular and ad-hoc headcount-related reporting (including Group Social Reporting) and KPIs for the UK-based affiliates, which includes engaging with auditors if required.

**Profile**

The HR Business Analyst will have:

- Excellent Excel skills v-lookups, pivot tables etc. Having the confidence to manipulate data and report on this
- Have a high level of attention to detail. Be analytically minded and able to report on findings
- The ability and confidence to speak with various different stakeholders
- Previous experience with headcount reporting and financial transactions is desirable
