If the above resonates with you then this could be a fantastic HRIS opportunity for yourself: our client is a well-known American Insurer. We are supporting them on their search for an HR Business Analyst to own their companywide Workday integration projectas well as their other internal systems. This is a permanent opportunity, and after the Workday development is completed, this role will progress into one owning various other sub-Workday implementation projects for international offices across the business.

This role will be crucial to the success of the firm’s Workday implementations, and as you complete the initial companywide project, you will also take ownership of the HR Operational piece within the business, as well as managing the Employee Lifecyclevia your Workday expertise. As the HR Business Analyst, you will be responsible for project managing on the implementation of not only Workday but other exciting HR Ops-related matters as you continue in this position.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Implementing Workday companywide
- Integrating Workday into various international offices thereafter as well as owning HR Operations processes
- Guiding Administrators and Analysts in the utilisation of Workday
- Working with various Service Leads to ensure any new technologies will map onto their current and evolving needs
- Understanding how to link existing HR systems and infrastructure in a way that ensures data management is secure and compliant with GDPR
- Serve as first point-of-contact for the wider business with any Workday-related incidents and queries

The right person for this role **must have strong Workday experience**, and understand the ins-and-outs of full project life-cycle management. They will have demonstrable knowledge of projects including waterfall, agile, and hybrid. They willbe an individual able to work across a variety of seniorities and build rapport across various networks within the company, working with various CPO leaders as well as other key business stakeholders in order to deliver best-in-class HRIS experiences.
