**Are you an Registered Children's Nurse with complex care experience looking for a community-based role where you can enhance and impact your clients lives?**

Our client is entering an exciting period of growth and are looking to add more superstars to their team. You will be responsible for a caseload of clients with complex care needs working with the care teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes in the community.

Key responsibilities of the role:

- Managing own workload and a caseload of clients
- Maintaining high standards of service delivery, in accordance with CQC, NMC and other professional standards
- Reporting incidents, concerns, accidents, near misses and safeguarding’s immediately to the office
- Keeping matrix up to date with information about their service users
- Supervising a team of nurses and healthcare assistants in your packages and delegated health tasks
- Transcribing MAR charts and ensuring these are completed accurately
- Supporting other members within the clinical team
- Supporting with training and development of staff
- Ensuring the packages are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led as per CQC standards
- Following the nursing process with your clients

**Qualifications required for the role**
- RCN
- 4 year’s experience minimum
- Driver with access to own vehicle
- Complex care experience
- Adult care **(Essential)**:

- PEG Feeding **(Essential)**:

- **Tracheostomy (Essential)**:

- Seizure Management **(Essential)**:

- **Ventilator (Essential)**
