Responsibilities:

- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and exiting employees
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries
- Prepare and distribute HR-related communications to employees
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee files and records
- Assist with employee relations matters and provide support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage social media platforms for HR initiatives and employer branding

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

**Benefits**:

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CIPD (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chester, CH4 9PX
