**About the role**

This role sits at the very heart of our new organisational purpose and strategy, ‘supporting everyone to develop positive mental wellbeing, live well and thrive’. You will use your unique skills and experience to motivate and embed great workplace wellbeing to those who know the theory and techniques. This is an internally focused role dedicated to our incredible workforce who tirelessly help others.

**About you**

You will need strong interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening abilities and effective communication skills to engage with your colleagues. You will need expertise in stress management techniques, conflict resolution and the ability to design and implement well-being programmes tailored to team needs. You are skilled at mobilising others to participate and love creating a positive buzz.

Solent Mind is a mental health charity, supporting people to develop positive mental wellbeing, live well and thrive. Last year, our 400 strong team supported 45,000 people with their mental health across Hampshire, Southampton and Portsmouth. We are part of the Mind Federation. Solent Mind has a Gold award for Workplace Wellbeing Index 2022/2023 and has signed up to be a Mindful Employer.
