Job Overview
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Clinical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in promoting and maintaining the health and safety of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a culture of well-being.
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision for a team of Occupational Health professionals, including Occupational Health Advisors, Mental Health Nurses, and technicians.
- Develop, implement, and update occupational health policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Collaborate with various departments, including People Services, Health & Safety, and management, to implement proactive measures for workplace health and injury reduction.
Requirements
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
- Degree in Occupational Health.
- Good working knowledge of occupational health regulations and standards.
- Proficient in using occupational health software and records management.
- Emotional awareness, leadership, and collaboration skills.
